Different kinds of progress....

Looking at my last blog date reminded me how useful it can be to write things down.....it has helped me realize that I've only been making a concerted effort to bring my health into focus for a rather short time....and that is encouraging! It can feel like slogging away 'forever' if there aren't a few markers to look back on.....

I'm not sure that I hit 'all' of my goals last week, but I've definitely made progress. My pants still feel tight, and I'm not down much on the scale...but my habits are coming back to where they should be, and I'm doing more things that support my health now than I was even 3 weeks ago....

Yoga is happening twice a week minimum....and I'm gradually moving up to more challenging classes as the weeks go on.

It's all good....will keep writing it down....

    I must agree that writing things down, and especially when publicly committing to something, does help us achieve our goals.
    I find, too, there are so very many more ways to measure my progress than just the number on the scale.
    Thnx for the goodie...life is good and my dear man is as close to back to -ahem- 'normal' as he ever will be.
