Psalm 37:16
A little that a righteous man hath is better than the riches of many wicked.

'We all know our limits,' I believe. I try to only to keep a little food in the house, healthy food. Healthy snacks, then I won't be tempted to over eat or go on a binge. If I stock up, on junk food, I know I'll end up stuffing myself, silly. For me it's better to avoid the temptation altogether. I find it is better for me to avoid temptations, out of sight out of mind. We cannot enter into gluttony, if we control the amount of food we keep on hand, we can be in control of what we put into our bodies. Often our way of eating are made successful because of the preventive measures we take.

Today's thought: Knowing our limits helps us limit our wants!

Thank you so much. Thus, come my statement that I made to Josie about the water and the cake, which was repeated back to me by a sister (Jill) as I was tempted to eat about 1/4 of a cake on Tuesday. TAKE THE CAKE AND RUN WATER OVER IT!!! It is better to drown it than to down it. You are so right, Sister Jill..."Knowing our limits helps us limit our wants." Not in the house....not in the mouth.. God bless us, everyone.
