1 John 5:4
For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.

The greatest enemy we face as we try to change our way of eating is not food, or the gnawing hunger that we think we endure. No, the greatest enemy we face is the lack of faith that we have in ourselves. When the going gets tough, our tendency is to throw up our hands in surrender. We cannot allow this to happen. As faithful people, we are tied to a power that comes from beyond us. We are the recipients of the holy power of God. That same power that raised Christ from the dead. Christ was able to overcome every temptation that this world could throw at Him. With that kind of power, how can we not have faith in Christ to get us through our temptations here on Earth?

Today's thought: To diet means to die, To change the way you eat is to change for life!

I don't like to use the word "hate" but I agree with you, I hate the word "diet". The first thing you see when you look at that word, "diet" is DIE. This is about living...LIVING. Changing your way of living is the purpose of this site and for THIS team, a life with Christ, because we live in Him. It is about Living and growing not dying. Thank you again for a provocative thought of the day. Love ya, Sis. Hugs, Mama Judy.
