10 pounds lost and plateau

Its been 13 weeks probably and ive lost 10 pounds. I am back in what used to be my previous highest weight. People are complimenting me and its nice to have my close fitting me again. Although not perfectly well.
I have such a long way to go. I plan to track my weight in stages of 10 pounds losses. I had 50 pounds to loose so I'm at the end of stage 1. Stage 2 will take me to what used to be my highest weight in 2009 and my lowest weight last year. The next stage will take me to a weight lower than what i started here at sparkpeople in 2007. Stage 4 would take me to a weight where if i stop there i will still be fine but i plan to be 10 pounds lower than my fine weight. That would be stage 5 and 6.
It doesn't help that I'm in a 3 week plateu where i have been gaining and loosing the same 2 pounds for the last 3 weeks. To shake it off i plan to add ten minutes each day to my now 30 minutes 5 times a week and an hour on Sunday. Buy fish and white chicken for my lunches at work. Weigh and track every day. I have been weighing everyday but not tracking. This will provide me with information I can analyse.
