Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.
We all hate it when solicitors call us at home, they seem to always to call out the wrong or most inconvenient time possible. We really don't want to buy anything that they are selling or trying to convince us to donate to at the time, but the some reps just won't take no for an answer. They really been persuasive or put so much pressure on you that you want to scream. After a few attempts of trying to resist, you might be tempted to finally given in. But you must learn to be good at fighting off aggressive and offensive people. We need confidence and we need to stand firm. If we are not confident in our need to do what we believe is right for us, for what our bodies need. Then we lack the confidence we need to stand up for ourselves, and fall are prey to temptation. When we stand firm on what we have decided to do, then we will succeed. That is why it is so important that we are confident in ourselves. We must start with our way of thinking when we first decide to change our way of eating. It must be for life if we are to keep the weight off for good and to stay healthy for life. WE must build confidence in ourselves to stand strong and Christ willingly gives us this confidence and stands beside us to help us resist temptation. Like solicitors, there are people who will solicit you to eat something you don't really want or need to eat. Remember if you have the confidence to say "No", you can and will be successful at changing your life for the better.
Today's thought: Nothing can sway me from my changing my way of eating healthy, if I don't want it to!
