Mar 01: Losing Kgs and Inches

Compare to 1st February, measurement on 1st March showed I lost some kgs ad inches. I was quite surprise but maybe not much surprise because I've been losing appetite since I started to get sick in mid February.

Here's my measurement:
Weight = 58.7 kg (Jan 3rd = 58.4"; Feb 1st = 59.6") = going up then down
Bust = 34.25" (Jan 3rd = Feb 1st = 34.5") = going steady then down
Waist = 29" (Jan 3rd = 30"; Feb 1st = 29.5") = going down then down more
Butt = 38" (Jan 3rd = 39.25"; Feb 1st = 39") = going down then down more

Starting next week, I'm going to try to achieve total 250 minutes of exercises, combination of Cardio, Strength and Pilate. Then let's see how much I increase or decrease on early April 2015 :D
