Good for Me

Day 56 of Operation "Good for Me." Getting a few chores done this morning and then going to the gym. Weird thing is, I'm actually looking forward to it. This is a strange feeling for me. I'm gradually adjusting to the idea of putting myself first and taking care of my own needs. Instead of dreading my gym visits, I'm in sort of a competition with myself to improve my workout performance each time I go - so that's motivating. Oh, and as a bonus - in these 56 days I have now lost a total of 15 lbs.
