February goal met

Hi All,

My goal for each month is to lose 5 pounds. I lost 8 pounds in February, so I met my goal. My beginning weight for February was 259 and my goal was 254 and now I weigh 251. I have lost 31 pounds this year and lost 12 pounds last fall, so I am now down a total of 43 pounds since my heaviest weight in Aug 2014, when I weighed 294.

The month had many challenges. My oldest daughter is getting married in May, so we had cake tasting and cater food tasting. Plus, the weather has closed the gym that I use for several days. But I am very happy with the 8 pound lost. So my goal is to lose another 5 pounds for March.
