Small steps

I'm trying to get back into the groove of things. I KNOW I can do it... since I've done it before. But, trying to get back is a little more difficult this time around. I'm trying to look at all different outlets I didn't explore last time... like actually making a goal board. I'd like to see what I look like now and what I'd like to see myself. I have so many visions in my head of what I COULD look like... and I'd like to get there. I have a goal of 83 lbs to lose and when I say that... it doesn't seem so HUGE of a fete. It sound obtainable. Sure, it's going to take a while.... but, I think I can do it.
I've just downloaded a whole playlist of songs titled "Dance songs" to get me going. If there is one thing I LOVE to do it's DANCE. So, I'm going to use all of the old zumba steps I can remember from when I took the zumba classes and do them all here at home.... and If I can't remember them... I guess I'll be making up my own along the way.
Anyone know where to make those silhouette images of what you look like and what you want to look like? I'd like to make one of those... I think it would help. Thanks!
