Deuteronomy 32:10
He found him in a desert land, and in the waste howling wilderness; he led him about, he instructed him, he kept him as the apple of his eye.

It is vital that we remember that we please ourselves when we choose to lose weight and no one else. No matter how we look or act, God loves us, unconditionally, when we do our best and look our best, we are most pleasing to God. God is proud of us when we sacrifice and learn self-discipline. He watches our every move, our every struggle, and He loves us. He will be with us continually and lift us up when we fall. And we will fall, all we have to do is ask God for a helping hand to get right back up and get back on track. That's it, just ask.
Let us follow Christ's teachings and do all in our power to make Him proud of us; not only in our the food we choose to put in our body, but everything we undertake.

Today's thought: I am the nonfattening apple of God's eye!
