Lost Focus

It's my turn to be honest with myself. I have been a member with Sparkpeople for over 7 years and I can truly say that I lost focus. I thought that I had my eating habits under control but 3 moves later I can truly say that I've LOST FOCUS.

I'm 50lbs heavier than I was the last time I logged into this website. I know I am the only person to blame for this return to the other side; food junkie! I traveled around with my friends trying this restaurant, bistro, deli...you name it! No care in the world in regards to what I was eating. My active lifestyle quickly changed from working out 5 days a week to a couch potato.

NO MORE! I'm back and seeking people to encourage me and vice versa. I preparing my meals ahead of time and maintaining a regiment of 1200-1800 calories daily. I'm choosing foods that are fulfilling and drinking a gallon of water or more a day. I am recharging my body by increasing my workouts, walking more, using the stairs instead of the elevator or parking my car away from the entrance to any facility (my family doesn't like this one; MEN!)

Join me as I regain control of myself and my life.
