stressing out but holding on!

Yesterday was a very stressful day for me but I was so proud of myself because I did not go and eat any extra unneeded fatty greasy salty sugary foods! It took a mind set change in order to do it but I told myself all day that it was for me and just because I was angry doesn't give me permission to ruin my progress!!!!
