Hey there SparkPeeps...If I told ya'll how many blogs I have started in recent history and never got around to finishing you would probably think me crazy. I've come on here at least a dozen times and typed at least a title and maybe a few words, then have gotten caught up in one thing or another and never find my way back. UGH...life. hahaha
Anyways, there's so much I want to talk about but all that is going to have to wait until I have some more time. So today I'll just focus on one topic: 100 Days of Fitness Challenge. Some of my SparkFriends are doing this cool challenge, so I'm going to jump on in and do it too. It is 100 Days of Fitness and requires 30 minutes of fitness every day for 100 days.
Yes, 100 days is a LOT! Yes, 30 minutes every day is a LOT!! Yes, it will be challenging (um, helllooooo...it's called a "challenge")!
But it is far from impossible.
And, yes, it will be worth it!!!!
And I know it's Friday and I just barely heard about it this morning, but it's the first day of Spring and in the spirit of my 2015 word - NOW - I'm starting this thing today. Right now as a matter of fact. LOL
I think it's important to note that "fitness" can mean a lot of different things and it doesn't have to be 30 minutes of hard-core exercise every single day for the next 100 days. Fitness can be a walk, house-cleaning, dancing. There's a lot of different ways to get moving for 30 minutes in a day. So no matter what - this is all totally achievable!!!
I'm going to do my best to catalog each day on the blog...note that I say "do my best"...I'm not promising perfection here.
I didn't get up this morning to workout, so I've got 30 minutes to get in sometime today. I'll let you know!!
And who wants to join me??? There's no entry requirements or things you have to do - just make the commitment and then figure out how and where you are going to track it. And above all else - Have a GREAT time while you're at it! I know I will.
