Breakfast - coffee, banana, toast w/peanut butter
Snack - grapes w/cheese
Lunch - sushi & salad
Snack - apple & pretzels
Dinner - pork loin, salad, brown rice

Workout - BodyPump

Other goals -

Dog walk

    emoticon on everything BUT the dog walk. It turned into a snowy, cold day and I couldn't chance a slip & fall.

    I also had a cookie and TH coffee that wasn't in my planned food.
