She's Back

By the beginning of winter I was enjoying weight loss, exercise but winter changes things. I started off well, started doing Jillian Michaels - making sure I got in 10,000 steps by using the gazelle, All was well until after Christmas. After Christmas is always tough - depression starts and just gets worse and pretty soon I was snacking again. Still doing steps but I got tired of Jillian and went back to easier things. Clothes started fitting tighter and I avoided the scales. Then yesterday my son graduated the police academy - hubby took a photo of me and SHE WAS BACK that fat person that I had gotten rid of - sitting right there in my body - no getting away from photo - I hate her! And no I am starting all over - tomorrow the scales and I will really start to focus again. Spring will not come soon enough and the weight won't come off fast enough. I hate the cycle - but what is a girl to do.

    I can totally relate. For me I saw a photo of me as well and realized I needed to get back on track. You can do this! I know sometimes it feels like what you said that it does not come off fast enough, but focus on what you can do for that day, and then keep taking things step by step. emoticon

    It's life and those Photos have a way of making us see thing things we are trying to avoid. YOU CAN DO IT! You have already started and congratulations to your son!!
