Inconsistencies add up...

After having had a great 8 week run, I definitely 'hit a wall' and ran right back into old habits...inconsistent logging/journaling/measuring, etc....
Of course, we all know the results-been there, maybe done that, SO, here's to being MORE consistent-signing in to Spark EACH day, tracking food/exercise-somehow when it's in black/white(print) it makes it more real & easier to see/know why we get the results we do...
On a positive note-I shared with my district Wellness committee all things Spark & they LOVED it...I'll help them set up a district Spark team & show them how to get individuals going-we're 'chomping at the bit' to 'Spread the Spark'!
Here's to being consistent & seeing the results we want!
