    I've missed your vlogs this month! Happy Belated Birthday :D There is nothing wrong with gaining a couple pounds. As long as you are on top of it!     You CAN do this!!! Just be persistent and stop worrying about it! it is an awesome feeling getting complements from co-workers and friends isn't it?? We are not on a DIET! We are following a LIFESTYLE CHANGE!

    It sounds like you are a bit modest. You should be PROUD of your progress. Yell it from the roof tops! You are doing a great job! Remember, you can eat what you want...just portion it out!
