Met my three month goal

On January 1, I set a goal to get into the 170's by my birthday (4/1). I started at 202 and hit 178.7 this morning - a week early. It is very satisfying to set a long-term goal and reach it.
My other long-term goal is to have 300 "gold star" days this year. A gold star day is one where I keep my caloric intake in range and do at least some exercising for the day. So far this year, I have only four non-gold star days, so I am on track.
Overall, I have gone from 238 pounds on January 12, 2012 to a minimum of 175 and ran a marathon last year. The weight got away from me after the marathon, but I think it may be back under control.
