10 reasons I'm losing weight

1. So that I will be healthy when we conceive.
2. To manage stress.
3. To live a long, healthy life.
4. Because I gained 40 lbs on medication but I'm now meds-free.
5. To get back my fit, toned body that I worked so hard for before!
6. To feel beautiful naked.
7. To regain my confidence.
8. So I can fit in my old, smaller clothes again lol
9. So I can be the best me I can be.
10. Because the human body isn't designed to be sedentary and treated like crap!!
