This week's question:
Which habits do you want to change, cultivate or get rid of?
Change - my all or nothing attitude. If my nutritional goals were my car, I'd be the one slashing the other three good tires if one went flat.
Cultivate - consumption of water and vegetables. I love fruit. I often max out my "3" servings a day BUT there are some days when my total veggie count is "0" and that's not good.
Get rid of - my habit of getting sucked into the sofa and not doing my workouts.
