Great Blog! I am so happy you were able to finish the 1/2 marathon strong. Awesome Job! Like i told you before, the more you do, the better you will get! You need to give yourself a wee bit more credit! You are doing something right, huh?? Yes you are. Gosh, you do not know how much I wish I were running with you.

What I used to do is pick someone to "focus" on way up in front of you and real them in, slowly and surely! Once you catch them, it's on to the next person way up there. When you see that 1 mile to go, start picking up your pace and you'll start passing lots of people. You will see your times get better and better. I am sure of it!

When you are training, stay relaxed and do the miles. I miss the quiet times when I trained alone... I have an idea for your next race...If you don't have someone to pace with, pretend that I am right there with ya! I am in spirit anyways! LOL I'm sure there are several people that cannot run, that would be right there making a pack...running right with you! :D

Until your next post. Ta-ta and keep up the Great Work!
