Here we go again.

Sigh. Gained yet another pound, in spite of doing Couch To 5K. In the past 2 months, went from 15 lbs. lost, to putting back on 5 lbs. Been doing this for over 1 year now, and based on my SparkPeople report (and my own common sense), this isn't how it's supposed to go. Something has got to give. More fruits & vegetables, less outside eating, and maybe joining Weight Watchers or something. Either way, something has got to give.

Are you tracking your nutrition and exercising everyday? It really helps to track your nutrition, because they'll tell you if you are not eating enough. If you aren't, your body might be afraid to burn fat. Also, if you get enough to eat regularly, you are less likely to overeat. I just started tracking my nutrition again because the scale was going up for me too.

P.S. I'm subscribing to your blogs. Thank you for 'liking' my status about that! emoticon

I guess I need to measure myself, then. That's one thing I've been meaning to do, but haven't yet. Thanks for the encouragement.

I agree. Scale doesn't tell the whole story. Congrats on C25K!

emoticon I had to stop weighing myself and stick to taking my measurements once a month. Once I could see the difference in the inches, I knew that I was on the right track and I stopped getting depressed.
