It always cheers me up to have my cup of coffee in the morning. I don't have it every morning, not on the weekends and sometimes I don't feel like it, sometimes I'm too busy, sometimes my cup is dirty and I'm too lazy to go wash it. But probably 3-4 days per week. I'm always sad when it's gone.
I'm feeling pretty good right now, I was a little high on carbs yesterday, didn't plan dinner ahead of time so had to go with microwaved stuff instead of "good" lean, but still within plan parameters.
Today I have a baseball game and dinner out with my parents, but I have a plan and I went on the restaurant's website and got as close as I could within plan parameters, and I still have 8 carbs to cover for anything of which I'm unaware. I know I'll be tempted to have a beer, so I'm putting a picture of the smokin' blue dress I want to wear on the cruise on my phone to look at if I feel weak.
