Last night I was in the bed when I realized that I had not done most of my leg exercises. I use a large ball for some of those and a stiff foam roller for others. I really did not want to do those exercises. I was comfy in my bed. I could reach the ball and foam roller without getting out of bed, so what is my problem? I just did not want to. Did I do them..... Oh yeah. I did not want to get stiff and give up the progress that I have already made.
