The Sad Boundary

Tuesday, April 21, 2015

My husband and I have been listening to a book. In this book a statement was said like, "The biggest boundaries we set in life are the ones we set ourselves." This book has absolutely nothing to do wih weight loss, but I thought of weight, of course! My weight is and has been my BOUNDARY!! It is stopping me from seeing the people I want to see because they can't see me like this! It is stopping me from going certain places. Everyday my weight is a boundary to clothes I can't wear, the dread of going somewhere because of what I will wear and wearing the same thing so often! Yet, I can't seem to get serious and stick with what I know I need to do! I am real good at making goals, making a plan and yet am still overweight! Wouldn't life be enjoyable without this boundary?! Come what may whether aging, sickness, all things undesirable would still be easier to go through without THIS boundary of weight!! Let's strive for life without the boundary of weight!!
