Exercise round up - Day 1

I want to track and make note of my daily exercise in a way that is more than just using the fitness tracker. I want to give details of how I felt while I was working out and where I've noticed improvement. I also want to have something I can look back on when I'm feeling like nothing is working out right.

This morning I did strength training and I felt pretty good. I'm using an app for guidance which helps me to remain focused on my training as I have a habit of getting distracted between sets.

I felt that my form was better on press-ups and sit-ups today than it has been before so I'm really pleased with that. I found triceps dips much easier today, I didn't feel like I my arms were going to fall off before I finished the set. I think that's a combination of correcting my form, getting stronger, and finding someone comfortable to perform the exercise.

I feel like my strength training has improved a lot today. Feeling very happy and looking forward to the next session.
