30 Days of Yoga - Day 2

I've done this challenge before but I started again yesterday and today's practice has made me realise that I don't just want to do yoga any more I NEED to do it.
For starters I am so much stronger than I was when I started this challenge the first time. I can hold plank!! Not something I've ever had much success at before. I can move through poses easier (it's still not easy though!) I'm more connected to myself while I'm practising, it's not just about getting it done and moving on anymore.
Today I have realised that yoga helps to keep me even, emotionally. Before practice I felt so squished and tight, inside, I was having trouble focusing and generally feeling happy. Now, after practice, I feel like myself again. I feel free and pleased with myself and the world around me.
I can't wait to see what tomorrow's experience is going to be like.
