I really recommend this site for Indian recipies, really clear instructions. I made these recently and they are great! I do just reduce the oil used to 1/2-1 tbsp.

Also congrats on getting a bike ride in after your morning run! emoticon I am sooo proud of your "control" at the table too! :D I love putting on some of the clothes that I grew out of and they fit and rather loosely too! You are my inspiration :D Keep up the great work! It's okay to eat out! Just monitor your portion sizes.
