I've learned a few things these past few days:
-if you don't take time to let your body rest, your body will force you to
-make sure you get enough carbohydrates, especially if prone to hypoglycemia
-wear appropriate shoes when doing a lot of walking
-compete with yourself, not another person
-eat what makes you feel good and soon that is what will taste good
I'm sure there are more, but this is a good start.
