I guess I am a little late getting these posted!! They are really a continuation from last month. I still feel only 50-75% back to normal after my hysterectomy, so I am still taking it a bit easy!!
These are the things I strive to do each day:
1) Do my Bible/book Study
2) Eat 4 freggies each day
3) Stay within calorie range
4) 10 cups of water
5) 10 minutes of exercise (and only 10 min until May 1st, then up to 20)
6) 8 hours of sleep
7) 60 g of protein
8) Earn 25 Spark Points each day to get a bonus spin
9) Meet step goal from Leslie Sansone's program that my Ready, Set, Spark team is doing!
As of the 6th, I have 48 stars!! 2 "perfect " days!!
Also, for May & June, I am participating in the Melters group. MarineMama has made some great daily challenges again!! I am aiming for 7500 points each month! (As of the 6th, I am up to 1720 points!!).
I also plan to finish the SP Diabetes Challenge this month!
Personally, I will go back to the GYN to get cleared from the hysterectomy this month. I am also behind in the boys' homeschool (we've had 5 surgeries/medical procedures this year!!). We will work thru June, so I have to commit 3-4 hours each day to that!
Also on my "to do" list is helping my son & future daughter in law plan their October Wedding!! She is a super sweet girl & we are excited to add her to the family!!
Finally, I really, really want to finish my daughter's quilt (that I started in Feb!!). I don't necessarily want to sew again, but I want to finish it!!
Whew, I feel a bit overwhelmed just typing all this!! But I know that God is with me & will help me do the things that He deems are most important!!
Now, off to get ready to take son #3 to physical therapy!! That is another 2-3 hours each week of time spent on things other than my fitness goals. I'm not complaining!! I just really want to get back to my former fit self as soon as possible!!
