So I can't deny it anymore - I am clearly slipping back into my old bad night-time snacking habits.
Taking a deep breath here.
Tomorrow is a new day. I will start it with new resolve, and remind myself that this is a lifestyle change. For good health, I need to replace the junk snacking with healthy snacking, if I can't keep from snacking.
Just when I thought it was getting easier, my foolish brain turns out to be more stubborn and difficult than expected. No, that's not true - I did already know that I'm stubborn and difficult!
