I am still here...just less of me . EATING BETTER.. healthy foods not junk food.Exercising more and hanging around my 8yr.young DGD. That is the main source of exercise.The most enjoyable too.
I started out weighting 201 now I am 191....YES ...I'm proud of myself. An I'm not done yet......
