Getting Back to Exercising

My oldest daughter graduated on Saturday, so I have been very busy. My eating has been good. However, I have not been able to exercise, but today I was able to do cardio and strength exercises. I had a great day so far as eating goes.

Tuesday Stats:

Cardio: Elipitical Trainer 65 Minutes, Resistance 7, Calories Burned 1360
Strength Training: 10exercises 3 sets, 15 reps each
Crunches: 400
Calorie Range Goal:(1500-1800)

Overall Eating Performance: Great
