Armed and ready

I'm about to leave for a long day at work. I'll be running about so can't bring a proper lunch. There are a lunch and early dinner reception planned, but their probable offerings will blow my eating plan to smithereens.
So ... I ate five small leftover meatballs for breakfast. The husband made them for the soccer potluck last night, and they are lean and mean. I figure that should hold me over until at least the middle of the day. I have a ziploc snack bag in my pocket filled with two servings of Fiber One cereal. I can hear the plastic crinkle a bit as I walk, but I don't care - it's a compact lunch that I can fit into my pocket. I'll just have a super healthy vegetable-filled dinner when I get home. In the meantime, I am armed and ready. Try to do your worst, fat-filled cheesy dips!
