BLC Round28 Has Begun

Day 1 May 20 Weigh-in was not as great as I had hoped for but it is a starting point and gives me something to start chopping away at.
I am a member of the Azure Destination Team and it is made up of 24 of the most awesome women and then me. We will be together for the next 12 weeks on a daily basis and compete in challenges both food and exercise related - share recipes, Give our insights on struggles we are facing and how we have overcome them and help encourage and support each other with their problems and struggles. This team is very active like all teams on the BLC - the other unique attribute of this team is that we will travel to other teams within the BLC for a week long visit.
I am looking forward to a successful new Round 28.
My Goals for Round 28 will be:
1. Tai Chi, 10,000 Steps 7 Days
2. Lose 7 Pounds
3. Plan meals/Log Food
4. Drink Water/Log 64 oz
5. BLC Challenges
