Day 3 and feeling great!

Today is the third day of my 90 Day challenge. Though I've been doing the workouts for over a week now, the meal plan part didn't start until Monday. Yesterday I had horrible cravings between noon and 5. I think I've figured out I need to adjust my meal times better so I don't have a 5 hours gap there. I stuck it out and didn't cheat or binge at dinner. Yay Me!! I was even tempted by my roommate when she brought home Baskin Robins. I have found my go to "treat" and that's my last meal of the day which is either a protein shake or almond butter. I look forward to my shake! I am using the EAS Soy Protein Chocolate powder and I make it with hazelnut coffee instead of water. Same calories, but tastes like a frappe. 7 more days of this strict meal plan and then it will get adjusted to add carb cycling.
The workouts are kicking my ass. They are great though. Enough to make me hurt, but not enough to make me not want to get up and do it again. Today was leg day and boy and I going to feel it in the morning.
