On the road to consistency

My biggest problem is consistency. I get so excited at the start of the plN, promising myself that i'll est clean, exercise daily etc. But then I don't and i struggle to get back. Well, I will have to put a stop to my stop start approach and stop kicking myself each time i am not consistent. I am fully aware of my bad habit and this awareness will be my starting point. I will register my lapses as i register my successes and bit by bit will move the scales across.
