Back at it

Why did I let my relatives living near and with me interrupt my schedule with SP? In truth, it was just easier that way. Sadly, we ate out a lot and mostly fast food (anyone else as sick of McD's and Chick-fil-a?). Since they've left, I've been back at it and even bought a walking video on iTunes so that I can stream it to my tv. I've done it each work day as soon as I get up. I can already feel the difference those 10 minutes and better eating make!
