So I gained 3 pounds in May. I was off for vacation for my oldest daughter's wedding. We ate out a lot that week and the following week. I a struggling. Part of the problem is I a on an increased medication that is making me want to eat all day long. But I a not giving up. I am still working out 3 to 4 times a week.
My current weight is 250.
