Day 2 - Streak into Summer 21 Day challenge

Day 2 of the challenge has started.
Fitness is the plank. I got it done but is was tough. Hopefully as I lose weight, the plank will be easier.
Food - try something healthy that you have never eaten. I bought some eggplant and I'm putting them on the grill tonight. I hope they taste good
