My Number One goal for this month is to pass my NASM-PT certification exam on June 13!
Next in line:
1. Lose 10 pounds by the end of June
- Exercise 5 days out of the week (3 strength/Flexibilty and 2 cardio)
- Eat One, One, One 3 meals and 2 snacks a day
- Drink 8 8oz of water a day
2. Have a garage sale to help get rid of clutter.
3. Start new job after passing the exam!!
Since I am so busy studying for half the month I may redo my goals after I pass!!
