Day 3-No More Sugar Addiction

Okay, the struggle is real. I have so many headaches. Yesterday I could barely function. Maybe it wasn't a good idea to start exercising at the same time and going "cold turkey" without sugar.

I keep reminding myself, that it's for me. Can't say I feel any benefits at this point.

I must keep going. I know this will help me in so many ways. I guess what I will do is read an article that describes the positive affects of cutting sugar. Hopefully that will give me the willpower to not give up.l

    I too am quitting sugar. I'm on day one. I've done this before and it is hard..but the feeling of not having sugar decide how I feel etc is so worth it. Have you ever read Wheat Belly? Plus I bought a cook book written by Kydra Holley, Peace, Love and Low Carb. She has an awesome site with so many yummy recipes. I also cut out breads, pastas, cereals, flour etc...
    Last time I did this I lost 18 lbs in only 6 weeks and my bp went down to 116/70 the lowest ever...so I know this works..I had so much energy!

    Check out Kathleen DesMaisons Books 'Potatoes not Prozac' and 'The Sugar Addict's Total Recovery Program'. I found quite a bit of helpful information there.
