Daily Reflection - Day 3 of The Spark Solution

How Did You Feel Today?
I made healthy food choices based on the Spark Swaps Meal Plans. - 3 OK
I was physically active, following the Fitness That Fits workouts. - 4 OK
I felt motivated to stick with the Spark Solution program. - 5 Excellent
I am ready to take on tomorrow and all that it has in store for me. - 5 Excellent

What were the highlights of your day?
I noticed nature all around me on my drive to work - I saw a bird flying with a small creature in its talons, I saw a bird chasing a rabbit, and I saw a big lunar moth when I got to work. I also got to put out a fire with a fire extinguisher as part of a fire inservice at work. I was nervous about that but it was actually fun.

What were the challenges?
I ate a beef pattie instead of the "In and Out Burger" on the meal plan because it's what I had but I didn't look at the nutrition facts until afterward - very high in fat.

How can you use today's highs and lows to make tomorrow better and easier?
Continue to notice the little things and appreciate them. Also check labels before eating food if I don't have a good idea what the nutrition facts are.
