Daily Reflection - Day 4 of The Spark Solution

How Did You Feel Today?
I made healthy food choices based on the Spark Swaps Meal Plans. - 5 Excellent
I was physically active, following the Fitness That Fits workouts. - 5 Excellent
I felt motivated to stick with the Spark Solution program. - 5 Excellent
I am ready to take on tomorrow and all that it has in store for me. - 5 Excellent

What were the highlights of your day?
I had a stressful day at work and all I wanted to do was come home and stuff my face. But I had unsalted pretzels and salsa instead of something unhealthy. I stopped eating when I became full. I realized no food would make me feel better emotionally - that's not what food is for. I'm so proud of myself for not doing what I would usually do - come home and eat everything in sight and give up on myself. I also made it through my exercises without feeling sick or having to take several breaks.

What were the challenges?
I touched on that in the highlights - temptation to eat for emotional reasons due to a stressful day at work.

How can you use today's highs and lows to make tomorrow better and easier?
Keep making good choices and keep telling myself that no matter what kind of day I've had, if I have an emotional food binge, I will only make everything worse.
