Tracking food & nutrition 7/7 days
Kicking Clutter list:
1) change out cat litter and clean box
2) return recyclables
3) make an eye appointment
4) put away winter stuff. Find summer clothes/shoes
5) make a chiropractor appointment
6) make dentist appointment
7) call about EI
My new "starting weight" is 136.5 but I'm not making it a measure to lose this week. Instead, I need to get back into eating right, moving and tracking it all. In other words, I'm back to the true basics of Sparking. My first goal to get me there is to not eat restaurant food this week. I can see it'll already be a challenge as Colin just offered to buy me lunch at McDonald's. I *could* go and just have a salad but I think I'm going to pass and let the boys go on their own with Roo. I'll stay home and try to start my KCCC list and do a little food prep for the week. I have salad fixings here to do enough for the week AND I need to find the "recipe" for mason jar oatmeal that I saw online somewhere.... key word = somewhere.
Back later after a shower, etc. This morning's run was a little sweatier than I thought it would be.
