Confession Time

I haven't posted in a while but I'm still following The Spark Solution. However, I must confess, I haven't done so well since yesterday evening. I ate a King Size Pay Day bar yesterday afternoon which was over 400 calories, then had 3 hard shell tacos and one taco bowl for supper. I also did not exercise yesterday. I went into my old way of thinking...."I've been doing this for 10 days and I've only lost about 4 pounds.....it's not worth it." My husband quickly chimed in "you always do this!" I know he's right. I do this EVERYTIME and end up quitting. But this time, I'm not going to fall prey to the excuses. I have come a LONG way. I am not sore after exercising and don't feel sick like I did when I started. 4 pounds gone is awesome for an 11 day weight loss total! I feel better and I'm starting to see small changes in myself. This is NOT the end for me. I just finished doing 45 minutes of cardio with intervals and I feel fabulous. I can't wait to see where this journey takes me! I know where it won't take me.....back to the 220's, eating junk, and not exercising! emoticon

    So glad you recognized the problem and have decided to turn things around before you get off the mark too far. You Can Do This!! Just Give Yourself a Reason Why. My reason why is to be around for my children and grandchildren. To see my youngest grandson graduate from college. Every time I think of that, unhealthy eating and excuses for not wanting to exercise, go out the window. emoticon
