Feels so good to be on this streak of logging in daily. It encourages me to exercise and I track all of it. I went this morning and did strength training and rode the recumbent bike. Took me about 30 minutes to do all of that. Then I went and did my exercises in the pool for 30 minutes. Tonight I will do my neck PT exercises. I have a lot of exercises to do lately!!
Getting back in the swing of things since getting back into town. Overeating and I know it. Have some not so good food in the house. I don't have any off limit foods. I do however have to be careful not to eat too much of any one thing. Portion control is a big problem for me.
Feeling pretty good after my 2 workouts today. I don't hurt and my neck and back both feel good. My knees are a bit sore, but not extremely. Just a tad. They are getting stronger again. If I can keep losing weight that will help tremendously!!
