Wow another great challenge is starting!

Are you looking for a way to get fit, lose weight, and have fun along the way? Check out the Summer 5% Challenge! It is great fun and really helps you focus on doing healthy things and keeping up your fitness activities. I have been on maintenance for the last 10 challenges but I still love the camaraderie and extra opportunities to increase my focus on my health and my team doesn't mind that I'm not still trying to lose weight.

Team members will work towards losing 5% of their starting weight in 8 weeks by participating in team challenges that focus on exercise & healthy lifestyle habits. Let’s have fun, make new friends and get in shape! Starts June 27.
