5% Summer Challenge - 10 Reasons I want to lose weight

I WILL lose 5% of my body weight!!!
1. Have more energy/feel better
2. Be able to pick my self up off the floor without holding on to something.
3. Purchase regular sized clothes
4. I can eventually Jog for a mile.
5. Eat Healthier.
6. Not get winded when going up a flight of stairs.
7. Not worry about getting Diabetes.
8. Have more self esteem.
9. Wear a bathing suit.
10. Run with my Dogs AKA Furbabies.
