So I am up two pounds from my low, and I'm grateful/amazed it's only two considering what I've been throwing into my body. I am making myself enter everything into the tracker so that I have to face up to what I'm doing. I'm moving a little closer to getting back on track each day. I just need to figure out how to deal with the snack cravings - yeah, that's "just" all I have to do!
I increased my carbs by adding lots of veggies and now fruit, but my dietician said I have to have at least 2 servings of grains. Adding the fruit and grains just seemed to open the carb-craving floodgates for me. I have to remind myself that everyone is different, and I'm going to have to trial-and-error my intake to find some balance which doesn't make me want to inhale entire loaves/bags/bowls of carbs!
